The Vineyard Hotel & Spa Newbury , Newbury (Berkshire)

I had a generally positive stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious and well-appointed room, alongside an exceptional dining experience. However, I did notice a lack of personal touch in the service, which detracted somewhat from the overall warmth of the experience. The location near the countryside provided a lovely atmosphere for relaxation, although the spa amenities could use more attentive staff. Overall, it was a comfortable visit, but there’s room for improvement.

I had an absolutely wonderful lunch experience at the hotel, with fantastic food and exceptional service. The staff was genuinely attentive, making our time there memorable. The only downside was the limited menu options, but the quality of food more than made up for it. I can't wait to return and explore the bar menu more fully.
