The Vineyard Hotel & Spa, Newbury (Berkshire)

I had a generally positive stay at the hotel, enjoying the spacious and well-appointed room, alongside an exceptional dining experience. However, I did notice a lack of personal touch in the service, which detracted somewhat from the overall warmth of the experience. The location near the countryside provided a lovely atmosphere for relaxation, although the spa amenities could use more attentive staff. Overall, it was a comfortable visit, but there's room for improvement.
