i experienced genuinely amazing service. the staff greeted me by name upon arrival. they escorted me to my room explaining the hotel's features. my room included thoughtful birthday treats, which i really appreciated. the spa's mixed sauna and steam room made it easy for couples to enjoy together. towels, gowns, and slippers were provided. the hotel showcased nice artwork instead of typical hotel prints.

the hot tub was out of order during one day of my visit.
